Born and raised on the South Side of Chicago, Eric J. Herrholz learned early that survival requires more than physical strength — it demands mental resilience, emotional intelligence, and an unwavering faith in something greater than yourself.
His path took him through Texas, through a men's homeless shelter in Houston, through courtrooms and jail cells, through betrayal by those sworn to protect him — and through the kind of violence that leaves marks you can't see. He was stabbed in the face. He was acquitted of 360 years. He walked out of Juarez, Mexico alive when others didn't.
Today, Eric calls Florida home — the white sand, the emerald water, the sunshine. And from that place of hard-won peace, he helps others find their own.
